FarmPartySpace is an online platform that provides farmhouse booking and event hosting services in the Noida NCR region. This Refund & Cancellation Policy will help you understand the booking cancellation and refund process.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once the advance or full payment is successfully received. After confirmation, the farmhouse is reserved for your selected date.

Cancellation by Customer

  • A customer can request a cancellation after the booking confirmation
  • Cancellation charges depend on the individual policy of the farmhouse
  • For last-minute cancellations, the full or partial amount may be non-refundable

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is based on the farmhouse cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking. The refund amount is decided based on the advance payment, time of cancellation, and farmhouse rules.

Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. FarmPartySpace will not be responsible for any delay caused by the bank or payment gateway.

Cancellation by FarmPartySpace

In case of any unavoidable situation (natural calamity, safety issue, owner unavailability, or technical error), FarmPartySpace may cancel a booking. In such cases, a full refund or an alternate booking option will be provided.

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not report to the farmhouse without prior information (no-show), the booking amount may be non-refundable.

Modification of Booking

Date or guest count modification depends on availability and farmhouse approval. Additional charges may apply.

Policy Updates

FarmPartySpace may update or modify the Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated policy becomes effective as soon as it is published on the website.
